Andreas Constantinou, the smartest guy in mobile computing at the moment, blogs at VisionMobile and today posted an article on why LiMo needs to go back to the drawing board.  As is often the case, I couldn’t agree more, and others feel the same way.  LiMo had such promise when it first started, particularly after it absorbed LiPS, but thus far has not delivered the unified Linux phone solution everyone was hoping for.

When I worked at Access (nee Palmsource), I sat in on LiMo compliance meetings whenever I could, and was always impressed with the level of documentation generated by LiMo.  I hope they can pull it together.  Mobile computing, particularly now, is a fast-moving world.
